About Barry
Barry Cordingley, Broker is a seasoned real estate broker, leader, and negotiator with nearly two decades of experience across sales, brokerage ownership, and senior operational leadership within Ontario’s real estate industry.
Licensed since 2007, Barry has represented buyers, sellers, and investors in both residential and commercial markets, earning recognition at corporate, regional, provincial, national, and North American levels. Known for disciplined strategy and steady execution, he is trusted to navigate complex transactions with clarity and accountability.
Barry brings more than eight years of Broker of Record experience. In 2017, he founded BMC CASA Real Estate Inc., leading compliance, recruitment, training, trust accounting, audit readiness, and brokerage growth. After its acquisition by Unreserved Brokerage Inc. in 2023, he continued as Broker of Record and Director of Brokerage Operations through April 2025, overseeing regulatory compliance under TRESA Phase 2 while guiding mentorship and operational initiatives.
He also served two elected terms as Director with the Brampton Real Estate Board, including Chair of the Technology Committee, and completed CREA’s Leadership 100, 200, 300, and 301 programs.
Earlier in his career, Barry held senior sales roles with Royal LePage and Johnson Associates, consistently ranking among top-producing agents. Prior to real estate, he founded a corporate digital media division at Torstar / Metroland Media Group focused on strategy, innovation, and revenue growth.
In 2025, Barry and his wife and business partner, Tracy Cordingley, stepped away from brokerage leadership to focus exclusively on client representation, helping clients buy and sell 42 homes totaling over $33.9 million.
